Channels that soundlike you.
SocialMedia
SocialMedia
Most companies still treat social like advertising with a smaller budget: a message, pushed out, at people. But nobody opens these apps to be advertised to. They open them to see what the people they care about are doing. A brand that only broadcasts is a stranger shouting in a room full of friends, and it gets treated accordingly.
A community is the opposite arrangement. It is a group of people who recognise your voice, expect to hear from you, and answer when you speak. They tell you what to make before you make it. They defend you when something goes wrong. They bring other people in, which no advertising budget does. That is the real asset, and it takes months, not campaigns.
SocialStrategy
Which platforms to hold and which to leave. We map where your audience actually is, what each channel rewards, and what a realistic rhythm looks like for a team your size. A plan you can sustain beats a plan that looks impressive for six weeks and then goes quiet.
EditorialPlanning
The calendar underneath everything: content pillars, recurring formats, seasonal moments, launches. You always know what is going out next month and why, instead of deciding on the morning it has to be posted.
NativeContent
Vertical video, carousels, stories, short-form edits — made for the platform, not resized from a campaign. Cut from proper production days wherever possible, so the quality holds and the cost does not repeat every month.
CommunityManagement
Replies, comments, messages, reviews, the awkward ones included. We answer in Italian, German and English, in your voice, within a response time you set. This is where a follower becomes a customer, and where most brands quietly lose them.
Influencer& Creator
Finding the right creators and influencers for your market, briefing them so the output stays on-brand, negotiating terms and measuring what came back. We also build UGC pipelines, where your customers make the material and you keep the rights. An influencer who lands in Milan rarely lands in Munich, and the fee structures differ in both markets.
Listening& Reporting
What people say when you are not in the room, and what the numbers actually mean. Monthly reporting that tells you what to do differently next month, not a screenshot of the dashboard with the good line circled.
Your channels went quiet. The last post was six weeks ago, and every time you open the app it feels like starting again from zero.
You post constantly
and nothing happens. The output is there, the audience is not, and nobody in the room can say why.
You run one voice
across two markets. What works in Italian falls flat in German, and translating the caption has not fixed it. Italian, Austrian, German, Swiss, or coming from outside both: each market needs its own register, not a copy of the other.
You have followers
but no conversations.Comments and messages sit unanswered, and the people most ready to buy are the ones being ignored.
Questions,answered
Three things, in order: a recognisable voice, a rhythm you can sustain, and answers. Reach can be bought; a voice people recognise and a habit of replying is what turns followers into customers. Domus Minato builds all three for brands working between Italy and the DACH region.
Strategy (which platforms, what rhythm), editorial planning, content made for each platform, community management across comments and messages, influencer and creator partnerships, and monthly reporting. Some agencies only post. We also answer, which is where most of the value is.
Either. We can hold the channels end to end, or build the strategy, calendar and content and hand it to your team with the rules to run it. Most clients start with us running it and move to a hybrid once the voice is established.
It is a monthly retainer, priced on channels, posting rhythm, languages and whether community management and content production are included. Influencer campaigns are quoted separately. You get a fixed monthly figure after the first conversation.
Yes, and in English. Community management is handled natively in all three, with agreed response times and an escalation rule for anything sensitive. This is the part most agencies outsource or skip, and it is the part that converts.
Engagement and reply quality move within four to six weeks. Follower growth and inbound enquiries take three to six months of consistent posting. Anyone promising faster is buying reach, which stops the moment the budget does.
We start with what exists and audit it honestly. Most brands have enough for six to eight weeks. Beyond that a proper production day is cheaper than commissioning piecemeal, and it feeds a year of channel content.
We agree a protocol before it happens: what we answer publicly, what moves to private message, what escalates to you. A complaint answered well in public is worth more than the ten posts around it. Deleting is almost always the wrong move.
We'll explore together.
Social is where your brand stops being a name and starts being someone people know. It is the slowest thing we do, and the one that compounds.
If content production is the wood to build the ship of your brand experience, social is the wind that moves it — on both sides of the Italy–DACH corridor, in German, Italian and English.
