BrandActivations
An advertisement asks you to believe something. An experience lets you find out. That is the whole difference, and it explains why one is skipped in three seconds and the other is queued for. People trust what they have handled: ten seconds holding a product beats a year of describing it, because the opinion formed is their own, and nobody argues with their own opinion.
It also travels. Everyone who takes part tells someone, posts something, brings a friend next time: reach bought once, then given away for free by the people who were there. And it works exactly where you are unknown. A brand nobody has heard of in Munich cannot buy credibility, but it can be tried. One afternoon of tasting does what six months of campaigns cannot.
ExperienceStrategy
The idea and the plan around it. Who we want to meet and where they already are, the one thing they should feel, the format that delivers it, the cities and the calendar, the budget split between build, staff and media, and the numbers we will judge it by. Includes the cross-channel plan: what the activation looks like on social, in content and on your site while it runs.
Activations& Pop-ups
Temporary stores, corners inside partner retail, brand spaces at festivals and fairs. Location scouting and negotiation, concept and build, permits and insurance, staff recruitment and briefing in the local language, opening plan, daily operation and dismantling. You get a space that opens on the agreed date and a report of everything that happened inside it.
Roadshows& Sampling
The format that moves. A route across cities and venues, transportable build, product sampling and demonstrations, tasting protocols and local permits, promoter teams, lead and consent capture that respects GDPR, and stock logistics across the border. One concept, several markets, without opening an office in either.
SponsorshipActivation
You bought the rights. This is the part that makes them worth the fee. Contract audit to see what you are actually entitled to, on-site presence and hospitality, athlete or artist content, competitions and fan experiences, co-marketing with the rights holder, and measurement against what you paid. Most sponsorships are logos on a board because nobody was tasked with the rest.
Immersive& Digital
The digital layer inside the campaign: interactive installations, projection and sound design, AR filters and QR journeys, gamified mechanics with prizes, photo and video moments built to be shared. Designed to live as long as the campaign, and handed over with the data it collected.
Brand Rituals& Senses
The details people remember without naming them: how a product is unwrapped, what the room smells like, the sound at the entrance, the gesture that opens a tasting, the object guests take home. We design the repeatable ones, so the same signature works in Cagliari and in Innsbruck.
Your product sells itself.
If they try it.The advantage is physical: the taste, the weight, the way it works in the hand. On a screen it becomes a claim like everyone else's, and the budget goes on convincing strangers of something they could have judged in ten seconds. We put it in their hands, in the places your buyers already go, and you leave with their contacts instead of their impressions.
A new market, without
opening an office.Entering the German-speaking market usually means a distributor who does not answer, or a permanent presence you cannot justify until you know it works. Four cities in three weeks tell you what a year of forecasts cannot: who buys, what they ask, what they compare you to. You get the reactions, the leads and the answer before committing to the office.
You paid for more
than a logo. The sponsorship fee is spent, the board carries your name, and nothing else happens because nobody was made responsible for the rest. We read the contract to find the rights you already own and are not using, then build the hospitality, the content and the fan mechanics around them. The fee stays the same and starts returning something.
You want to be
the thing they post.Media buying reaches people who scroll past you on the way to something else. What people photograph and describe to a friend that same evening has to be built, not bought: a place, a moment, a mechanic worth a story. We design it, staff it, and hand you the content your customers made about you.
Questions,answered
An event has one date, one place and a guest list you invite. An activation is a campaign that travels to where people already are, often over weeks and several cities, and the audience mostly arrives by chance. A product launch dinner is an event; the same product sampled in six stations across Milan, Munich and Vienna is an activation. Many projects are both: the event opens it, the activation carries it.
The three big items are build, staff and location. A pop-up corner inside partner retail can start in the low five figures; a multi-city roadshow with a transportable build and promoter teams runs considerably higher, driven mostly by the number of days and cities. We price by scenario, so you see what two cities cost against four before deciding.
By what we agreed in advance: people reached in person, samples given, conversations held, contacts collected with consent, redemptions of the code or offer, content produced by participants, and sales in the area during and after. We instrument this before the first day, because retrofitting measurement to an activation already running is guesswork.
Yes. Promoters and hosts recruited locally, briefed in the language of the market, dressed and trained on the product, with a team leader responsible on site. Staff quality decides more of the outcome than the build does, which is why we do not subcontract the briefing.
Yes, and it will need adapting rather than translating. Approach, tone, how close you stand, what counts as a fair sample, how a stranger is greeted: all different. We keep the concept and change the execution, which is the reason a campaign that works in Milan can also work in Innsbruck.
We do. Public space permissions, health rules for food sampling, temporary structures, electrical safety, liability cover. Rules differ by country and often by municipality, and the timelines are longer than people expect, which is why permits start before the design is final.
Yes, and often that is the cheapest good option: a corner inside a shop that already has the right traffic beats a standalone space nobody knows about. We negotiate the terms and design for that specific site.
Contacts with consent, content produced during it, the data from any digital mechanic, and a build designed to be stored and reused where that makes sense. Plus the report, which is the part that tells you whether to do the same thing bigger next year or something different.
We'll explore together.
Activations are one way we build brand experience. They reach people where they already are, and they leave behind an opinion formed first-hand instead of a claim someone was asked to believe.
If content production is the wood to build the ship of your brand experience and social is the wind that moves it, an activation is the fire on board: the thing people gather around, the light that is visible from other ships, on both sides of the Italy–DACH corridor, in German, Italian and English.
